5:15 o'clock. we were pleasantly greeted and immediately sit with the menu, but it took almost 30 minutes to get a waitress / watch to get us to our order. no glass water offered. it took 30 minutes until our beer comes, almost an hour later, until our appetizers come and we were with children, they were always hanged. my daughter didn't even drink it. No one wanted to apologize if they were under servants, or something like this is a bowl, we're sorry as nothing! The service was great and the waitress was very friendly and accomodating. The food, however, was very bad.We are regular customers of Boston Pizza and always enjoyed their food but this time around the nachos were very stale that even my husband who eats everything couldn't eat them. The kids' spaghetti and meatballs was also as bad. The meatballs were rock hard as if they've been cooked 3 days ago. The kids refused to eat them. When it got to the chicken burger, I was so embarrassed to even tell them it was still slightly pink and crunchy. eating was excellent and since in the celiac I was served fresh delicious gluten-free eating. a small cough is that they were not so busy, but the service for eating and drinks was slow. first bp I experienced with slow service. Apart from that, everything else was great!

they know the unesco should begin to protect the word pizza. restaurants throw the word loose. it should be illegal for boston pizza to use the word pizza, it is robin hood flour with hits it is the worst pizza I ever had in my life the 1 star is for her French fries Reserva una mesa ahora

We ordered with uber eats. In our order, it included 3 kids meals. We and the kids were so impressed with the meals and the kids packs that came with! My oldest said it felt as if he was there! Well done, guys, you made 3 kids super happy!
