Boston Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Group of six, three adults, three kids. Everything about this visit was typical of a family visit to a Boston Pizza, with the exception of the service from the serving staff. All the problems started after we ordered. The place was only about 80% full, but the food took a very long time to arrive at the table, somewhere in the area of 35-40 minutes. We asked about our food and a different server brought out the first four of the orders, then she brought out the fifth order and it was completely wrong. She was informed of this, and decided to start to walk away. We insisted that it was not our tables order and she could take it away. She was asked about the actual order and she got defensive and said "I am not your server. Talk to her about it". Our original server cam back and apologized about a mix up and said the fifth order would be out shortly. We were still missing the sixth order, which was a salad, that we had to ask to get. Everyone eventually got their food, and everything tasted fine.I think this experience made our server a little gun-shy as she never once checked on our beverage situation and had to be flagged down for the bill.I do not know where the ball got dropped in this meal experience. Did the order not get taken correctly? Did the kitchen forget items? Was the kitchen too busy? Are the staff not trained well? Who knows, besides the BP staff that day.

Had dinner here and enjoyed it. The Mediterranean salad was delicious but the waitress either misunderstood my order or added sliced chicken herself to the top of my salad.At any rate, it added to the cost of the salad but did make it that much more delicious.My friends enjoyed their meals too, pizza, hamburger and ravioli.The food was good and though a little pricey, was worth it.You will enjoy your meal at this restaurant which is very clean and well staffed.

This time at Boston pizza I ate in the dining room. I'm usually in the pub. The service was only average and the food was ok. Several orders got confused... meals weren't really warm and our waitress disappeared after the meals were served. The pub service is much better and the meals piping hot.

After hearing of poor service at this resturant we were pleasantly surprised by the quick, attentive service for our sizable group. My food selection of onion soup was average and pasta dinner was quite good. Value was reasonable. Would definitely entertain eating here again.

Average at best. Don't get a Steak. They have no idea how to cook it. Salads are pretty mediocre - better to get a salad at Safeway. Beers are nice and COLD!
