If you live in Vernon, I highly recommend coming here. Oddly enough, not for their pizzas... but for everything else. The service was fantastic, everyone was really friendly and enthusiastic. It seems like a very friendly work environment that accepts all kinds of people. Staff are very patient, hard-working and overall they seem really happy to be there and communicate with customers. I have never really been a fan of Boston Pizza, I've always thought the pizza is meh... however, I went here with my grandmother and uncle not long ago, and I tried their honey garlic wings and shrimp tacos... I tried their Soup Special of the Day, Spicy Chicken Gumbo their spicy perogie pizza. The soup was delicious as far as spicy goes for the pizza, it gets my solid approval. I absolutely love spicy things this pizza delivered without any reason to add more spicy condiments on. Which is something I typically do when eating out. The restaurant seemed busy service was slow, but seemed they did the best they could under the circumstances; in truth, EVERYONE is short staffed. I’ve never had a bad experience with Boston Pizza. No matter of where I travel, they seem to take full precautions and have a decent GF menu that is celiac friendly. The cauliflower crust pizza is really good. Almost have to second guess that it’s gf because it is light and fluffy compared to most other gf crusts. Went to this location and my experience was consistent with what I’ve had at other locations. Service was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

We dined at the restaurant with a large party of 6 adults and 9 kids of varying ages. The service was outstanding, and our food was served promptly despite the busy crowd. Everyone in our group loved their meals, including the pizzas and kids' options. This is definitely my favorite place to eat in Vernon. The food is good but the service is even better. The staff is caring and down to earth. Management is fantastic and you will always leave with a smile on your face. I highly recommend Boston Pizza in Vernon! You won't be disappointed with your experience.
