If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited 25 minutes for water and only after flagging another waitress. Waited 40 more minutes for our order to be taken. Took over 2 hours in total for us to be served. Food was not good. Cold and over cooked steak. The steak sandwich is an open-face piece of steak on a piece of garlic bread, with no sauce or anything. Clearly not a sandwich. Pretty obvious it’s missing leadership as there was zero communication between the staff and a severe lack of enforcing standards. I get that it’s a small town but this was really bad. Staff kept saying sorry but didnt offer to compensate us or anything. Pretty unprofessional and embarrassing.

Overall, food and service was good. Standard operating procedure for BP’s. The justification for the three stars was we felt unsafe with one of the patrons continuing to try and engage our table and even threatening us about shooting our hotel up. We even moved tables to get out of line of sight. The staff was extremely apologetic for the lady’s behaviour. But really put a dampen on the evening for a couple of folks working out of town.

Either the waitress was new or she couldn’t remember anything. Had to keep leaving us to ask. Finally got our food. No cutlery. No one came. Went to the back to find someone and they were on their phones. Very disappointed with service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$30–40

Service is always wonderful here. The food is great, from the calamari to the burgers, the pizza and steak sandwich is super tasty. And the wings are . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

Pretty good food waitresses in here are always very nice. Me and my sister enjoy hanging out here. Some of the bartenders can make amazing drinks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+

Bleh, fake frozen food at expensive prices. I have no idea why this place is so popular. The chicken was like eating a dish sponge.

Did delivery portions were so small and hardly and sauce on pasta .For the price I paid was terrble . Delivery guy was awesome

About exactly what you would expect from a standard BP. Waitress was great, and service was actually decently fast.
