"Pierogi pizza sucked, what I was given was basically a tub of sour cream on crust with a tiny bit of cheese sprinkled on top. There wasn't a single slice that didn't completely drip sour cream. It was disgusting."

We had a reservation for 15 people at 5:30, but unfortunately, we waited an hour and a half for our food, and my daughter’s meal never arrived. We approached the manager, who went to check with the kitchen but never returned with an update. After waiting another half hour for our bills, we found that some were accurate while others were not. When we were leaving, we mentioned the issue again and finally received my daughter's order, although it still wasn't correct. We also received a gift card, but I'm hoping it can be used at another Boston Pizza location, as I don't think we'll make the hour drive back. A visit too Boston Pizza after many years with my children for a kids eat for free September promo. We had a decent time overall. Service was ok, our server seemed a little distracted but friendly. When we received our food, only my meal seemed like it was the right temperature. My kids meals which were spaghetti and the other children fingers were lukewarm at best. Our server didn't come back for a good 10mins too check up and by then my kids food was cold. As long as the children enjoyed their meal I was happy and they did like their dessert
We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. My fiancé ordered a chicken sandwich, and after just three bites, he discovered that the chicken was undercooked and nearly impossible to chew. The server offered to bring a replacement, but we explained that my fiancé had lost his appetite because of the issue, and we didn’t want a new sandwich. Despite this, we were still charged for half of the sandwich simply because we didn’t like it. We are extremely dissatisfied with both the food and the service.
My friends and I went for appetizers. We went in the evening and sat outside. The seating area is lovely and they had good music playing.The food was delicious and our server was very nice, even though there was a little miscommunication that happened with the bill. Poor service and you do NOT get your money's worth. $17 for 8 wings (which come with just some veggie sticks-no fries or anything), $22 for chicken parm (which comes with two sides but a tiny piece of chicken) and kids portion of the pasta are appropriate for a child age 1-5, and no older! With poor service (on more than one occasion) and the hefty bill, we do not think we'll be able to afford to come back.
Friendly service, food comes out quickly, and it’s fresh and delicious. We had the individual royal Hawaiian pizza, spaghetti bolognese, and salmon power bowl. The power bowl was supposed to come on a bed of quinoa and rice although I could only see the rice so not sure if the quinoa was MIA or disintegrated. Went to eat there last night and the server was trying to clear a plate that had pizza on it so we told her to leave it as there was nowhere to put it. She then proceeded to pick up the pizza and look for somewhere else to put it, and then proceeds to place it on top of our nachos. Then she left and didn’t even clear the plate she took the pizza off of.
I arrived around 10:30 for a late-night snack and was met by a gentleman named Scott, I believe. Our appetizer was fantastic, and Scott handled our situation perfectly. Since it was getting late, we decided to take our dinners to go, but the time we spent in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Scott!
