When me and bf first walked in got sat down immediately, however no one served us until 20 minutes later no drinks and no greeting.We had a manager step in and serve us our food and drink. We didn’t get a waitress until we got our apps. She asked if we were done our food when we only had our apps. So therefore she had no knowledge what was happening. I’ve never been so disgusted by the service until today. The other times we met the server was always prompt and knew what was happening. Also the food always been pretty decent. Had a really bad experience here a year ago. I heard there was a staff overhaul, and several friends said good things, so we gave it another go.Much better experience this time. Amazing place! I usually visit this place once a month and everytime they provide exceptional service. Their menu has variety of dishes. They always serve hot, well presented, delicious fresh food. Cactus cut potatoes, wings, tacos, parmesan chicken, pasta and fish bowls are my favourites. They have plenty of sitting area including dine in area, bar side seating and indoor/outdoor patio as well as a lot of parking (accessible parking) available on site. Its bit expensive but its worth it. Customer service most of the time its good. Always excited to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone whose looking for a nice place.

Great meal. I was very happy that they modified the menu item to my taste. The server was very cordial and attentive. Definitely a good dining experience.
