When me and bf first walked in got sat down immediately, however no one served us until 20 minutes later no drinks and no greeting.We had a manager step in and serve us our food and drink. We didn’t get a waitress until we got our apps. She asked if we were done our food when we only had our apps. So therefore she had no knowledge what was happening. I’ve never been so disgusted by the service until today. The other times we met the server was always prompt and knew what was happening. Also the food always been pretty decent. Had a really bad experience here a year ago. I heard there was a staff overhaul, and several friends said good things, so we gave it another go.Much better experience this time. This was our first time visiting Boston Pizza in Chatham with our two Grandchildren. It was a great experience. The food was very good. Our server Vikki was great, the atmosphere was friendly and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is very good with lots of choices and includes a wide selection of beverages and a dessert.

French Onion Soup was delicious, very classically made and tasting, as was the berry cheesecake, my partner got the fried pickle wedges and while they weren't my taste they were quite goodVery friendly staff, pleasant small talk but not over bearing3 sheet menu was a little much to look through but definitely would go back to try other things Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was good but the food was awful,specifically the wings. They were low quality,greasy,fatty,and just tasted bad. The Korean chicken sandwich was ok. The food was good, had something from the summer menu.The service was amazing! Our waitress was so nice, friendly and on top of everything!! We had 10 people and we never had to ask for anything, she was always checking in. Not that we mind waiting for service but she really was phenomenal!

We love BP it's our go-to date night. We always sit at the bar. And get great service n amazing foodParking: On a Friday night it's incredibly busy, ans yhr parking lot Is filled, so we (and a lot of other people) have to park in the staples parking lot
