Boston Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I'd always heard Bracebridge was an outstanding destination for quality and experiences. Although, generally speaking Boston Pizza isn't an 'out of the ordinary' location for an experience like this, we quickly stopped in for a bite.Just driving up to the location I could tell something was off. It's located on a high visibility corner with a lot of traffic but the lights on the exterior were either turned off or some weren't functioning. We had to be careful walking in as it had just snowed and there was no lighting on the sidewalk. Very weird. Went out for a meal with my friend....she had ordered the southwest flat bread and a salad, I had a pizza. we had a great server who had to come with some not so good news. The kitchen had made the wrong pizza! Due to the inconvenience and delay, she offer to bring me a comp salad so that we could both have a salad to eat while they corrected the pizza order. That is great customer service, done with no fuss no muss!Kudos!

Food was amazing with large portions. However our server Donna H was the best part of our experience there. Both my boyfriend and I found her extremely friendly and had us laughing at every encounter. She knew what she was talking about with any question we threw at her and was very helpful. We would come back just to have her as our server. Thanks for turning our dull day into a bright one!

We were craving a pizza and ordered a medium pizza with grilled chicken on the whole pizza, mushrooms on one half and goat cheese on the other. What we got was no chicken at all and goat cheese and mushrooms on one half and nothing on the other. It was take out so didn't realize until we got to our destination! Reserva una mesa ahora

10$ lunch specials! A 6 inch personal pizza with a side & a steak sandwich was our order. our server was pleasant but look pretty rough. food was mediocre ~steak sandwich looked like leather & also looked like it was under a heat lamp for some time! BP in the area are not up to par! will not dine here again

Was here in the summer, our waiter was very nice and efficient in bringing us our meals. This is right off of Highway 11 so is a nice stop for a good meal when you are travelling. The burgers are a good decent size and very tasty. Never had their takeout, only the dining in experience.

Been to this location many times , poorest service ive ever seen in any restaurant, most customers where looking at each other wondering what was going on . I will never shadow that location again !!

average Boston Pizza, pastas are bland and boring but surprisingly the burgers are good. Usual casual kind of service.
