Boston Pizza used to be my absolute favorite restaurant!!! My food and orders were almost always perfect and when they did make a mistake they were absolutely wonderful to not only fix the mistake and apologize but to make up for it with a complimentary dessert and coupons toward future orders or visits. But for the past year it has gone seriously downhill. Everytime I order they either make an error by forgetting something (garlic bread, salad dressing, missing sides, etc) and the presentation of what they do is comparable to McDonald's in the past year ish. And when we complain, we are lucky if they fix it, and they never offer to make up for it???Like if we order 4 meals and only 3 arrive...
update we went to dinner tonight and we were right again. our waitress was incredible and made it really a fun experience for our small child, even to teach him to wave to her. after the submission that our family was gluten-free zöliakie, she took the steps to ensure that every bit of food was safe for us to eat. it has even verified that an earlier gluten-free child article is no longer available and has made our sohn a brownie to enjoy with us. amazing service. we are coming back to the final. there are decent gluten-free options including a delicious dessert option for children and adults. the personal is really friendly and is very well informed about allergenic and cross-contamination....

I made an order on Skip. Got the order and had missing items, called the restaurant, told me i had everything. I asked for grated cheese and was told they no longer have that... when specified it was parm he avoided the question and stated i got it. I then told him that cesser salad normally has croûtons, cheese, bacon bits and dressing at what I did not have except for bacon and lettuce. Also order was Cold. This rating is just for my most recent visit, and the rating is for my own meal. I usually order Steak so for a change I asked a friend to recommend something, they ordered the power bowl grilled salmon for me. I would rather have the grilled salmon with mash potatoe and veggies. Service was great as always. Great management. ?
This is currently the only place in Cornwall that we trust for gluten-free options. The only downside is that there aren't many gluten-free choices available. My wife and 4-year-old daughter, who has celiac disease, always order the pizza and so far we have not experienced any issues.
