Boston Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Even though it wasn't busy, the service was very very slow. Went there around 4:15 and didn't leave until 6:10. There was only two of us and it was the slowest service we've experienced. We had to go to the front to get our bill because we were sitting there for almost 20 minutes waiting for it. The waitress got my order wrong and when I corrected her she said she'd tell the kitchen to make me my actual order, but then proceeded to help other tables. The manager eventually came to help us out. This same waitress also got another persons order wrong who was sitting at another table near ours. We went out to celebrate our grandson's birthday. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The food was mediocre at best and presentation was sloppy. We waited an extraordinarily long time for our food. It was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've had and definitely won't be back. I selected one star because I couldn't submit a review without one. As far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve a star.

Pretty average Boston pizza. The restaurant is new and the building itself is well kept. Our server was pleasant and attentive and did a great job at keeping on top of refills for our table. The food seemed to take a really long time to come out though and everyone at our table ordered either a sandwich or tacos and it still took 30+ mins.

Good Service. Great overhaul from a few years ago. Food is always fast and hot. Staff are really friendly. Restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is good.
