Boston Pizza Hull - Reserva de mesa

Disappointed.I ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. Nice hostess. Got home and they had given me an order of fries which I had not ordered, instead of the jalapeño dip. I called and asked for a refund as I was not going out to the restaurant again for their mistake. The hostess had to get the manager’s approval to finally advise they would refund the next day as they were busy at the moment. She took my cc number and phone number. This was Sunday. I have not been reimbursed yet. I went by the restaurant this afternoon, no manager on site until 4pm. Left my number and said I expected a call upon his arrival. Nothing yet. And who knows where my cc information was left??? I am hoping...

This is a quintessential Boston Pizza experience. While the parking situation could be improved, the staff truly stand out. Laurence, the bartender, is funny, friendly, and provides exceptional service. As someone who works in the industry, I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is at this location. Laurence, in particular, has a knack for brightening your day, no matter how rough it may be. The food and atmosphere are standard for the chain, but the outstanding staff makes all the difference.

I had to visit a hardware store to pick up several items for a repair at my daughter's house, so my wife placed the order for me. I joined her, along with my daughter and grandson, about thirty minutes later. The waitress was amazing. She noticed me approaching their table and met me there with my food, which she had kept warm. Throughout the meal, she was very attentive without being intrusive. I was really impressed!

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner! A big thank you to the hostess, busboy, and our waitress for seating us so quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. It's clear that many places are understaffed right now, leading to heightened stress levels. Nevertheless, the staff remained incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you! Reserva una mesa ahora

We went on Friday night around 8pm and it was very busy as expected. Servers were really nice. It took a while to receive our food but it was worth it. Pizza was excellent. Nice atmosphere. The air conditioning was on full blast making it quite cold, bring a sweater!

The food is amazing service is even better. We had a lovely waitress named Juliette who was phenomenal! She has only been working as a waitress for 2 weeks and impressed us very much. We had a table of four with two children. We will be returning :

The food is amazing! Everything came hot and fast! The server took a bit of time to come but once he did it was worth it. I'm pretty sure they were in the middle of a shift change! Not a problem drinks were so good. I highly recommend the ceaser.

I waited 25 minutes just for my bill!!!!!No one knows how to use their POS system apparently......was provided a bill that wasn't mine and was expected to pay it because they accidentally gave my bill to someone else.Incompetence to the max. Reserva una mesa ahora

Came here for app and drinks and it was really nice! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the sun! The appetizer we could seemed like fancy McDonald’s (McDonalds is also right behind us) but it was still tasty!

We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to be given a table. An hour to get our orders. Never again.
