We arrived at 7:45 PM. Although the restaurant was half wmpty, it was too loud to hear conversation, so we asked to sit on the patio. The music was turned up so loud on the patio, and no one else was out there, so we asked to have the music turned down, which was eventually done. Someone came to take our drink and food orders pretty quickly, which was good. Coffee came, it was old and bitter and too strong to drink. The Coca Cola I ordered turned out to be Pepsi, and yes there is a difference, but the server did not inform me. Still, I was thristy, so I drank it. Once again we're finding this once go-to place just "ok"........Not dazzled or overwhelmed with satisfaction when we eat here. One of us always has the Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad - it came stuffed on a much smaller plate with different greens than ever before, making it extremely hard to mix the salad, and the type of greens went soggy quickly compared to previous.Other salad was the new shrimp, bacon, goat cheese, spinach salad and it was excellent. Starter was three cheese artichoke dip and bread which came cold and we had to get it re-heated. By then of course the mains came. Server was pleasant and very efficient.We'll probably still go there, but hoping for more consistent quality.

Ordered take out to my hotel room. Told person on the phone "please do not forget plastic cutlery", in a hotel, need to be able to eat my meal. Food shows up , no cutlery. Refuse to pay, driver says he will go back and get some. Comes back all he has is a knife. I asked him how he would eat pasta with just a knife. Leaves me the food which is now getting very cold. Comes back with a fork. Pay for cold food. Never again.

The meals had been under the lights to long my pasta lasagna was hard and my wifes fettuccine alfredo had chedder cheese al over the top which is the first time I have ever seen that.Even though it was take out I ordered it there so I got it when it was ready I thought.Not very good at all.Brian

This place is trying everything to take as much cheese and meat sauce off from there new miny portions.Maybe this location should quit doing pasta tuesday, because everytime I go to this one I get cheated all the time.
