Boston Pizza Saint-bruno

The pizza was great. The pizza dough was cooked perfection. The sauce was delicious and the slices stayed warm throughout the meal thanks to the plates they are served in.Now for the service... I understand that this was the Friday night diner rush during their kids eat for free promo but waiting at our table for 50 minutes before the waitress came to take our order and then another 45 minutes to get our food, puts them on the top of the list for worst restaurant service...and this is a Pizza chain! Maybe if we 'd ordered from Uber eats while sitting in the restaurant we would have gotten our food faster!And they gotta do something about the sticky table surface, even after they wipe it off...

I absolutely love dining at BP. As an expatriate, I always ensure to visit at least once during my trips. The restaurant is well-lit, not overly noisy, and very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious. It offers great value for the price. During my most recent visit, we tried the poutine (surprisingly tasty), homemade lemonade (average), peach mango fizzy drink (delicious), a Meateor pizza, and a La Québécoise with added pineapple. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly, not greasy, and had fresh toppings.

HiA nice family restaurant in Saint- Bruno .Sitting beside my table was a group of 10-12 kids creating a nice family oriented ambiance .As for their new menu excellent additions, I took for appetizer Cajun shrimps ? they where fantastic,, super crispy with sweet mango dip .Main course Gouda stuffed ravioli in roseSauce ,excellent mixed of flavors ?.To drink house made raspberry lemonade, refreshingFriendly hostess at reception, my waiterAlsoAmple parking on a Sunday at 5.30 pm .Prices are lowCheersMike

My big group went to this restaurant and we experienced some struggles with the service, possibly due to low staffing. However, our waiter, Alexis, did his best to take care of us. Furthermore, most of the food that was served was good, except for one dish that was cold and had to be returned. Great food but.....arrived an hour late (I had ordered online) and they forgot my drink. The reason was they were very busy. The restaurant is 15 mins from my apartment. Didn't understand their reasoning. I order regularly from a place that is just farther then them and it gets here on time or just a little early, even when they are busy. Too bad, but I guess I won't order from this place again....

Went here with my wife on ' 'date night ' '...my wife had a mushroom pizza and I had a pasta dish...the food was geat and the service was very good. Atmosphere is quite nice. We 'll likely go back on other date nights together.
