I came here on a recommendation of a friend saying the hamburgers are really good. I personally go to another location across town for what I consider the best in Adelaide and will continue to do so. This place does not even come close. The burger was tasteless and greasy. The egg was dry and cooked to death. You can't tell by my pics but they really need to clean the grill plate. The onions had a greasy burnt taste to it, actually the whole burger did.To not be harsh the burger was just average. The chickens here tasted way over cooked the one I received. Have you ever re-heated chicken the next day in an oven or microwave. That's what it tasted like.The only thing I would get here is the c...

My partner and I won't go anywhere else for chicken and chips. The staff are excellent and (tragically) they always remember our faces and order. The chips are, without doubt, the best you can get in Blackwood. Sometimes if they are super busy the food isn't quite as good so try and visit on a quieter day if possible. 11/10 would recommend. This use to be our favourite place for takeaways - especially the fish and chips which also of the best quality and taste. But no more. The chips are very hit-and-miss and too often are dry inside and the fish likewise. They just don't seem fresh. The burgers are always fulsome - no complaints there. But the quality seems to have fallen off considerably.

Very popular fish and chippery with good reason. Generous serves and in all the time (many years) we have been going here we have been totally satisfied (except for once when half the chips were not really hot) Would not go anywhere else Reserva una mesa ahora

This establishment has been in Blackwood for more than 30 years, just the best fish and chips, very friendly staff, lovely choice of salads, desserts and drinks too. It s good idea to pre-order over the phone, as it is always busy.

Ordered Butter fish 'n chips for a Friday night takeaway. Ready in 15mins, very busy wen I arrived. All tasted good enough but similar to most other places. Salads however especially nice selection. Not sure if will come again.

We love this place. Fantastic and fast service, great quality fish and chicken. And the salads - yum. We go here at least once a fortnight. Best chicken place in Blackwood!

A winner for take-away chicken or yummy fish and chips. Can get very busy which is a reflection of the quality.. there is a lot of local competition. Reserva una mesa ahora

Skip the breaded fish and get the crumbed. The chips are the best around and you can't beat the roasted chicken

Great fish, chips were OK, pre-ordered but had to wait when we arrived. Overall reasonable value for fast food.
