If you like Italian thin crust pizza, it is the place. If you don’t want to eat a pizza, avoid at all cost. We started with Bellinis, worst I had in my life, not only as a Bellini, but as a drink. Don’t even know...why they called that a Bellini... Was sooo disapointed. Myself, wife and the kids started with a salumi (Italian charred meat) to share, but nothing to impressed anyone out of the ordinary, for a place that is supposed to be specialized with a very limited menu. The very best pizza and food in general. The restaurant is in Laval and we live in downtown Montreal, but It is worth the drive. The food is just amazing together with the great staff and service. Great wines. We have the burratta cheese, which...is the best you’ll ever have; my husband orders the Margherita pizza and I cant go to Bottega without having the Truffle pizza. Good wine list. We just love this place. The is a Bottega in Montreal, but the service and staff are just horrible. So nomatter how good the food, we will nevergo back.
I only write reviews if a restaurant is excellent or poor and this one really was excellent. Friendly, happy staff make for friendly, happy customers. Add to that good food and wine and you have a winning combination. The full car park says it all. Add to top it all an attentive maitre d' who makes an excellent flat white coffee for you and I regret I can't stay in the area another night..
the teig of the pizza looked out and tasted like a gum and if it had not been for the sardelles, the Roman pizza would have completely abandoned it. the first is for the young lady who served us. all the sweet of the Ortolana pizza... were raw, but they really lost the charm of the best pizza in Montrèal/Laval, which I had eaten before the pandemic.

Steep prices, but you pay for what you get: amazing fresh and creative food, wood fire pizzas, superb service provided by knowledgeable smiling and cheerful waitresses, and a very cozy ambiance despite the open concept of the dining room. A must in the otherwise bland Laval food area around cineplex/centre Laval.
First time at this restaurant. Sound level is a bit high, but the food is good. Had Arancino and a pizza with a Moretti. Tomato sauce a bit sweet (this is all good for me) Pizza was excellent Good chice, will go back for sure.
Airy space. Excellent service and the best-pizza , very this bottom and soft crust all around that you can eat like a piece of bread. Large parking at the back.
The service was great and I really liked the Panozzo (Basically, a grilled cheese with eggplant and prosciutto) plus the calamari. Nice atmosphere to boot.
