Boucherie Lorrain - Cuisine de Saison

2 1/2 stars for the butcher area only because I did not stay in the restaurent area. The lady behind the counter did not seem to like that I asked for something she had to prepare. Huffing and puffing at the end of each coast. Besides, the piece was badly cut for a tartar that I prepare at home. Cut the hard parts in the middle of the piece that would not make it on the plate. Many wastes.
