Busy Busy Busy, on a Friday at lunch time, located in a shopping mall plaza with all types of places to shop eat, duhhhh...but if that's what you went for, you won't mind looking for parking, if your lucky you'll park close, if not, walk...you'll be aright.They have a long line while your waiting to place your order but, it goes by pretty fast, they have a few cashiers taking orders. Deciding what to eat while your in line is the problem, again, unless you going in knowing what your going to order, then lucky you. I recently waited 80 minutes for a sandwich, but it never arrived. The food is good, but the wait times are excessively long. We placed our order through the app like many others, while some opted to use the kiosks. It was complete chaos; some customers received their orders while others did not. Numerous orders were left sitting around, and many were refunded today as well. The situation felt very disorganized, likely due to a shortage of cashiers or staff overall. The staff were trying their best, but unfortunately, about 95% of the customers seemed to get lost in the process.
We dined at the restaurant and found the food to be very fresh and delicious. I ordered tomato soup with a side Caesar salad. The only downside was the long wait for our food to arrive. After quite some time, I got up to check on our order. The server who eventually brought our food was friendly. It seemed like they might have been short-staffed, as we noticed several tables that hadn’t been cleared.

Pros: Spacious indoor, the yummiest Butternut squash soup, great salad, fast service. Business hours are generous.Cons: too much sauce on salads, tables are not cleaned regularly. Considering the type of soups and salads, healthier options for drink are missing.
I only had a cookie, but the service for takeout was great. I did notice there was no napkin included. Not everyone eats in their car, so it's nice to know that dining inside is an option. I will definitely be back!
Bowl of hot clam chowder with a soft piece of sourdough bread and a side of caeser salad for a quick lunch at Boudin SF. Very delicious! Friendly service and spacious dining area!
Their pumpkin soup is amazingly delicious and their breads with unique shapes carry a signature brand! Love the atmosphere, the food and the promptness in service.

Great food I have it about 3 times a weekIt takes awhile to get your food because they are so busy but if you order on the app it's ok
Second time they were missing items from my order from pick-up /delivery.I keep coming back for the bread bowl and soups.
