The bread is excellent and deserves a 5-star, however, the pastries and pastries being industrial, are not high and deserve 1 wing. There are no many choices in this bakery. Also, it's a shame that this bakery is no longer known because its bread is really excellent. The boss is very nice and respectful. It is always listening to customers and is open to critics to advance better. That's what I call a good professional who doesn't hesitate to always do better to satisfy his clients.
