Boulangerie Feuillette

I came this evening at 7 p.m. in your store to buy a string of bacon and a baguette of bread, after having queued normally, upon arrival at the checkout they cashed the string and asked me to queue again for the bread. I find this unacceptable, in fact queuing twice for 2 items and making two payments, I am disappointed and angry especially since I am also a regular customer of your brand, I think there is an organizational problem by compared to customers who make the normal circuit in front of the entire window

Several people behind the counter but it is so badly organized that the waiting is endless. In addition the staff is not at all friendly and forget half for take-away orders (I have to check and claim covers for salad, towels, a spoon for dessert and it’s not the first time ... Too bad because the products are pretty good and there’s a choice but I’ll never come back because of the service

If you have time to lose, it's quite the place.... See if you're sure to wait, even out of high time. When there is a world, the sellers disappear in pause or reorganize the showcase. Friendliness is not an apparently recruitment criterion. It's a shame because other shops in this chain are doing very well. Management is really good to see.

L endroit demande un peu plus de propreté ex. Table pas nettoyées . Personnel qui range lés macarons ce touche les cheveux avec ces gants et continue a servi les clients prenant toujours les gâteaux et le pain toujours avec les mêmes gants . Les tasses ne sont toujours pas très propres.

client for several weeks I reserve bread and strings the day before. I ask for golden bread ... every time I get bread is white not cooked enough or spitted bread. I don't know what to tell them.

Overall rating 4 just because of that. That this is the most expensive coffee and pomme I've ever had. Mostly this set cost me 3.5 euros, here it cost 6.1 euros.

Unpleasant staff will have to think of putting people who smile it costs nothing to smile, they serve by pulling the head. I hope they're paid anyway.

A long line of waiting far too long to the sidewalk, unfriendly staff, we do not ask for the red carpet but a minimum of politeness.
