Today Tuesday 11/08/21, I went to 6:00 p.m. to your bakery of Rouffiac 31240 and it's the second time it's closed at this hour. I've already had this shot last week, it's serious not to respect the hours! I take this opportunity to share my dissatisfaction with this shop, because the bread is excellent but the employees are of an incredible slowness. I hope I have an explanation. It is true that at 6:00 pm, there is almost nothing and especially more bread! The normal schedule on your site is 8:00, but at 6:30 pm there's nothing, it's lamentable. A little bit of trouble to understand the negative opinions for this. I'm going quite a bit in this bakery for 1 and a half years, the personal has always been very smiling and nice, their pastries and sandwiches are very good (maybe the chicken one that has a little too much oil has my taste but I'm probably chipping). Prices are really low compared to other bakeries. There is an anti-gaspi bin on the right with products a -50% of the day before (which are I think I keep in view of the qualities)
