It's not the first time. already order cakes once we return, we get apperciated that these same two, so order differently, mistake on their part the essence c is for us, even a commercial gesture. You saw me, but you won't see me anymore. I put three stars because it's a good bakery.
2 p.m. a golden one was missing to finish the batch of 4 obliged to choose a white or well cooked one which is a shame, I wanted to take croissants from the day before but the saleswoman told me no it's for to go to go whereas It's on a self-service shelf, you have to put it behind the window if you don't sell it in store, so I was asked if I wanted a pastry, so I said no! It was better before so I'm going elsewhere tempis and I can find short-term croissants at Carrefour
I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for two years, and the quality of the products has never ceased to satisfy me. However, I am disappointed with the customer service, particularly the speed and repetitiveness of the staff's speech, even when the store is quiet. Sometimes I feel rushed in my purchasing choices, which is a shame. I hope the team can find a better balance between efficiency and customer focus.
the chopsticks are delicious but frankly the waitresses with their large hydro-alcoholic gel cabinet before serving it is disgusted that it deposits on the chopsticks ... stop it! I changed my bakery. It's too bad.

I regret that their flour and therefore the whole of their bread contain milk being allergic I can unfortunately no longer enjoy their bread and it is damage.

As already said for other signs I don't like these promotions on bread... This year no logs at the end of the year... it's a shame.
