Let's start with the positive. The breads and other products are exceptional. The ingredients chosen are impeccable. The menu is creative. However, the quality of service is disappointing.If we ask an additional question we see the waiter's sigh or eyes towards the sky, water? Will wait for you. Do you want to learn more about dough and sourdough? You will find that exchanges are limited, brief, disinterested and unempathetic. In short, we eat well but sit on the terrace. I never thought I would say this, but we had the perfect menu for a Saturday morning at this restaurant. We ordered the Patate Label and the Truck Stop Sahara dishes. The burst of flavors in our mouths reminded me of the movie Ratatouille with its fireworks! It was quite spectacular! The service was excellent and we are looking forward to enjoying the bread, brioches, and croissants that we took home. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

I love everything about this place! The vibes are just great; the food is delicious; the people are just all happy; finally, it’s right off the petit train du nord allowing you to pick up some yummy pastries and a lemonade or iced coffee or hot chocolate or hot coffee and take a walk on the track most perfect Sunday morning/afternoon activity. This is the best pastries I have ever had. Possibly the best food I have ever eaten. The croissants are incredible. The dirty chai latte was the best I've ever tasted. It is life changing. You must visit this place. It's worth spending all your money here. I would fly from Saskatoon just to eat here.
