Habited at the sweet and savoury whiskeys of Mr. Olmeda left for a well-deserved retreat, I am very disappointed that the succession did not perpetuate the recipe of the salted whisper that had kept all its promises as for the sweet. It's nice to see that new young owners have returned the bakery and that the recipe for sweet whiskey is always the same! New products in both pastries and pastries that please. I've had the chance to talk to the boss who's very commercial, and find some sympathy on the selling side. Change sometimes has good!!!

Too bad the opening hours are as late in the morning. At least leave a shop open at 6:30 it would be good for the people who leave to work early as well as our young people who take the Ps bus it lacks time of dough lifting for sweet and salty whiskeys.
