A bakery that offers a creative pastry shop, with associations of flavors and textures full of finesse. In the current mobility of the new pastry makers who work their cakes with much less sugar than the old school. All pastries deserve to be tested but for baba lovers with rum the one they offer is top!! The savarin is light, the scented syrup is dominated with justness and the generous whipped is perfect. The spice bread offered this winter was delicious, extremely mellow and fragrant. The chocolate bread offers a very beautiful leaf. They also offer a very good kouign amann. A small flat, if you're a fan of almond chocolate bread, it's really too dry, very little frangipane, no interest.....
