A bakery that offers a creative pastry shop, with associations of flavors and textures full of finesse. In the current mobility of the new pastry makers who work their cakes with much less sugar than the old school. All pastries deserve to be tested but for baba lovers with rum the one they offer is top!! The savarin is light, the scented syrup is dominated with justness and the generous whipped is perfect. The spice bread offered this winter was delicious, extremely mellow and fragrant. The chocolate bread offers a very beautiful leaf. They also offer a very good kouign amann. A small flat, if you're a fan of almond chocolate bread, it's really too dry, very little frangipane, no interest... To bounce back on the previous com that evokes the rose of Valentine's Day, yes she was very beautiful but very disappointing at tasting. The petals were soft, hard to know if it was sugar dyed paste with powdered cocoa. The streusel cocoa representing the soil, insipid and the pralined home with homeopathic dose was perhaps good but not present enough to the tasting. The pot was in black chocolate but not of great quality and little marked in terms of flavor. Besides, it was too sweet. Passover chocolates are getting ready, I won't try this time. The pâtissier/Baker who officiates is gifted but to be chocolate is also a profession that does not improvise... Apart from this, it's a beautiful bakery/pastry to discover without hesitation!!
