Hello, I've been dreaming of the baguettes that I bought at ,,Sophie,, in Etaples for years.Hello Noemi I know very well that you don't remember me, it's normal you have the same professional and caring attitude towards all the customers, personally the two minutes of attention between ,,less cooked,, and ,,well cooked,, for me made the difference between Chez Sophie and other bakeries.Despite my accent being European I I have always been treated as an equal customer to others and that adds more human value to everyone who works at Sophie. I saw this on trip advisor and had to go there and buy some pastries on the way to Le Toquet. The pastries were a bit more than the prices I'd paid in other patisseries in the area but really well worth it and very delicious. Sadly the lady behind the counter that served me was grumpy but polite. Well worth a visit. My only regret was not buying some of the eclairs and tartlettes. Well worth the visit. The great thing is they are open on a Sunday too.

Il suffit juste de traverser le pont rose pour se retrouver dans un autre univers de chez Sophie ! ! Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de la serveuse avec un large sourire imné ! ! Rapidité et efficacité sont les maîtres-mots du service Un régal ce panini poulet au curry servi tout chaud comme je l'avais demandé et si gentiment amené sur un plateau ! ! Adresse et personnel à recommander en plus bien situé près de la place du marché ! !

We came with family and baby for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Service was lovely and so were the coffee, baguettes and pastries. We wish we could have returned the next morning but we were going in a different direction to continue our trip. Highly recommended.

We stopped here when we were looking for some breakfast on a Sunday morning. Since they are a Boulongerie with a cafe, they matched the bill. Would come back. Easy parking in front for a few cars. On the way to Le Touquet.
