I can understand why this place has an average rating of 3 out of 5 stars. It’s not so much about the quality of the food — which can be good at times, though occasionally just average — but more about the overall experience, especially the service. I’ve been a customer here on and off for the last five years, and unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the other reviews regarding the staff’s attitude. Almost every time I’ve come in, the women working there have been noticeably rude or unfriendly, regardless of what I order, how much I spend, or whether I speak English or French.
