The Marie Blachère concept, I know and it's not the sign that I point my finger. I have a real problem of Coulommiers' 2 MB with the sellers who handle money and bread. If for the pastries they use the brushes for bread it is the direct hand. So sometimes there's the gloves but it doesn't work because if the client pays cash, qd it gives the money and well at this level it screws. And so we'd have to throw the glove except it's not!
