Boulder Chophouse Tavern

My wife’s cosmopolitan was half full, one of our guests ordered tonic and it tasted odd. Told the waiter who said that they had been having trouble all day. Finally a member of the kitchen staff served the entrees and spilled my beer on the entree as well as my leg. He fetched a napkin and wiped the beer off the plate and left it on the table. I would recommend a better restaurant with trained staff

Valentine's Day good despite the clowns in this kitchen. Dried out chicken on a Ceasar Salad. My date had their halibut which was tough (overcooked The halibut was returned and taken off the bill... I guess you stick with steak when you go to the Boulder ChopHouse

I had a lovely early dinner with my daughter on Mar. The restaurant was quiet that night and we had a leisurely meal that was excellent. Our server was Mitch who was attentive without being disruptive. Thanks for a great experience
