Bounom Café Bakery

Wonderful bakery and even more wonderful people. I placed an online order and ended up in the hospital the next day when I was supposed to be picking my order up. I received a text from one of the owners and offered to give me a credit to use in the future since I was not able to come in and pick up my order. I was already so impressed by this and how understanding they were. I came back a few days later to pick up another order and use my credit, the owner and I got to talking and I told her what had been going on with my health and apologized that I was not able to pick up my previous order, and how much it meant to me that she gave me that credit. She hugged me as I cried and gave me a bunch of free pastries that I was able to share with my family. Never in my life have I dealt with more wonderful human being who was so empathetic and understanding. I will be a customer for life. Thank you BouNom.

I just can't figure out what it's about. the prices are high, and I understand that 's because it is a small place and everything is made from ground on. my bake was in order. I had not felt that there were many things I could choose from, but again, smaller place, small batches for fresh. a little bit for everyone when they are flexible. service was friendly enough. beautiful environment, cheerful environment when many bakery/coffee shops are dark. has a hidden feeling. probably a nice place to meet a friend for a snack. I can go back to try her coffee. excellent coffee is hard to find. worth a 45-minute drive? the best bakery? if they have this kind of expectations, I would cure them so that they are not at the end disappointed.

BouNom Cafe Bakery is very aesthetically pleasing from the charming, country cottage esque vibe on the exterior to the cute, floral inspired interior. They have a pretty large selection of baked goods and pastries; however, they don't have any gluten free or vegan options, which was disappointing. Also, they don't have a mobile payment/digital wallet option to pay, so don't forget to bring a physical card or cash with you. I went with an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, which was delicious given they use real vanilla. One interesting thing was that the plastic cups they use for their iced lattes are rather slim, so you're paying for a latte but not getting much of it.

5 stars for the atmosphere, 3 stars for eating and 1 star for the prices. have been too many French bakeries on the east coast and this is by far the most expensive but not the best quality. if I'm gonna pay $32 for 4 bucks, I'd better be consecrated. traveled far away and we were a bit disappointed.

So very accommodating! I’m a Texan who lived near Paris. This place has a spot-on combination of the best Parisian pastries and southern biscuits! Excellent teas coffee! Treat a friend to this lovely experience!
