Staying at the hotel for my husbands birthday. He's a local doctor and I thought using my Amex Platinum points for a staycation would be a treat. Boy I was wrong. I spoke with VIP reservations several weeks prior to our arrival date to ensure we had a private table tucked away in Bourbon Steak. Us being a same sex couple I did not feel comfortable sitting in the middle of the dining room. The blond haired hostess was a real snot and sat us dead center of the room. You have to come HERE ! I am a fan of superb service and lots of smiles from the staff! The chef is AWESOME. I confess I did not have the steak, my partner had the bone in rib eye it was cooked to perfection! We also ordered broccoli and cheese a la carte. When you arrive they bring a trio of 3 different types of fries I know really? Rosemary fries a dry rub fries and a bbq rub fry with dips to your table. I'm a foodie so I ordered food gras as my main meal and the bone marrow as my appetizer. Truly gourmet. I haven't ever had those items on any menu in Miami. ANDREs was our attentive server. This steakhouse was one of the worser steakhouses I have been to. My steak was below average. It was flavorless to me. I always get mac and cheese when I eat at steakhouses and I must say this was the worst mac and cheese I ever had. It was the quality of what boston market mac and cheese tastes like. The spinach was tolerable at least. A positive for them would be their creativity of supplying french fries rather than the typical complimentary bread, so kudos to that. I think more restaurants should start doing that. Ambiance overall was average, bathroom could have looked better. Customer service was decent so never mad at that. Will not be returning here ever with that being said. 1 star...

Went on a double date. To probably one of the best Miami Spice events of the year. Sitting inside the beautiful JW Marriott Turnberry, this place had it all The sleek look of a man cave surrounding by the rolling green of an 18 hole golf course. This place was gorgeous with bourbon wine bottles, all over the walls, matched the atmosphere, perfrct for a quick drink at the bar, or a nice dinner out with your significant other. We went lobster tacos, corn chowder, which was amazing. For the main course , I with the Branzino and my girlfriend went with NY steak. We came here last minute for my birthday dinner. The restaurant was empty so I was fairly quick service. Our waiter was prompt and attentive and they even gave me a birthday card. How thoughtful! My husband had the pastrami short rib, my daughter had the skirt steak, my son the filet mignon and I had the Amish chicken. For our sides we had the trip, creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese. My chicken came out cold and despite their attempt to warm it up, it was still cold. Otherwise the service was good. We ordered two desserts, one being the brown butter cake and the key lime pie. Our food was good, however To be honest, I feel that this restaurant is overpriced. We first came here to celebrate a birthday, and we've been coming here regularly ever since. The atmosphere is beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable booths or tables and chairs. The staff is extremely attentive and well trained. But the real reason we keep coming back is for the amazing food. As soon as you as you sit down, you will be served a trio of French fries with complementary dipping sauces. These are by far our favorite! Usually, the two of us will start with oysters, then order the ribeye with bone and side of asparagus or mashed potatoes. Don't forget key lime pie for dessert the perfect finish to the meal.

All in all I give this beautiful restaurant 10/10. I food was amazing. The ribeye was very flavorful the black trifle Mac and cheese was just perfect ! The drinks amazing. My espresso martini was just mm yummmyyy and the old fashion delicious. The service was amazing. I forgot the name of our service but she was nothing but great from the moment we sat down. They also gave my boyfriend a birthday card signed by the servers in the restaurant and I thought that was amazing. What I did LOVE was that instead of chips or bread they bring out a trio tray of fries and 3 different sauces. Loved it. High recommend!

Amazing Dining Experience at Bourbon Steakhouse My visit to Bourbon Steakhouse was exceptional. Every detail was perfect, from the warm welcome by Maitre D' Giuseppe to the impeccable service from Randy, Nick, and Mike. While staying onsite, we had dinner at the Bourbon Steak. Nice restaurant with a great bar and atmosphere. Our bartenders were friendly, if a little slow to check in initially for drinks and again, at the end, for our bill. Good selection of wine by the glass. Worth the visit if you are staying onsite.

Wow! Diabolical French fries in lieu of bread. Miami Spice dinner. Ate: Corn veloute Branzino with romesco Oreo cheesecake The food is fire, well executed fun! The Branzino was perfect and smoky and the cheesecake divine. Snazzy room at the JW Marriott. Wonderful meal.
