We recently visited The Bourbon for the first time, and overall, it was a good experience for a bar. The atmosphere is very lively, with a mix of bikers, college-aged kids, and older patrons enjoying the patio, bar, and dining areas. Our waitress, Lucy, was attentive and friendly, and the staff, in general, were fast and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. Initially, I was concerned about dining with bikers as we are new to the area and didn’t know it was a biker hangout, but the environment turned out to be welcoming. WOW-WOW-WOW!!!!! My husband and I just got back from having a low key Saturday dinner out at Bourbon Street Grill. We have several Colonie faves that we frequent on the regular but BOURBON STREET Grill now tops ALL of them! From the amazingly attentive, friendly, and competent waitresses to the delicious food we were blown away! I had a Reuben (best I 've honestly ever had) and my husband had a Buffalo Chicken wrap and had a side of the Trio sauce the waitress described as amazing!!! She was RIGHT! Food is great! When we had an issue with a takeout order, Sarah handled it so gracefully. The customer service that we received from her was exceptional . Pizza has a thin crust, which we love and the salad portion was large !
