Nina and I met here again for lunch today. We both ordered the Dolsot Bibimbop, w/ mixed grains and bulgogi. I noticed they are using the proper Korean name for it on the menu, a change since my last review. I had been thinking about ordering the seafood pancake but when it came time to order I went w/ what I've ordered in the past and I was pleased. I had hot tea to drink and Nina had water. Our server brought us six banchan and a bowl of soup as well as the two sauces that accompany the dish. When he brought the bibimbop he cautioned us that the bowl was hot. The dish was one of the best I can remember, w/ a lovely crust formed on the bottom. It was delicious. They are back to using the wa...

Hands down the BEST Korean spot that I've tried in the bay area! I say this specially because of the variety of vegetarian options that they offer! The taste was just perfectly balanced, not too hot, not too sweet. The sweet spicy Korean chicken took the cake for me, the sauce was just delectable! The perfect balance of spice, sweet, tangy! My other personal favorites were the kimchi pancake, which came with a killer dip! And the Ram don, we ordered it without the beef, and it was delicious, I could not stop eating it! Service: great service! The waiter took our order with so much patience and attended to us with utmost care. 10/10 service! My friends also got the tofu soup bowl with noodles...

Left Bowl'd feeling satisfied and happy! Ample parking, fast seating, and good service. Went with the kimchi pancake today and a soft tofu soup with seafood and rice cake; the creamy broth was rich and comforting, and needed after a long week. We also got the fish cake kimbap seasoned perfectly. Can't forget the banchan, especially with fresh seaweed! Love bringing friends here for a casual lunch or early dinner in Albany before walking it off on Solano Ave. Will definitely be back!

I had been eyeing this spot for years and finally checked it out. The place was super busy. We sat by the window and the tables were sticky and it took about 15 mins for a server to take our order after we were seated. The food was ok. I really love Korean food but this spot just wasn't doing it for me. The salmon was so over cooked that it was hard. The tofu was ok. The Banchan and the soup were the best part of the meal. Things just did not taste fresh. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is probably great, but we didn’t get to eat here because the woman at the table next to us had apparently had such a hard day she didn’t want to sit next to “these people”. Thanks for sharing your prejudice and making our evening worse, whoever you are, awful stranger. We got up and left after that, but the restaurant staff did try to deal with it sensibly. What amazing food. How do they crisp the salmon skin like that?!?!!! I had only gotten their delicious bi him bop roll for a quick lunch before but this time..... I came with my family and a lot of food was ordered and it was all amazing! The staff worked together really well and were really sweet to the kids too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just know this food is legit good. Japchae noodles were on point, very flavorful. Kimchi fried rice served hot and fresh! Korean Chicken could use a little more spice but the flavor was magical. Service was great, two young gentleman running the show! Great open and airy space, can get very busy but it's worth it.
