Correct infrastructure for spending a relaxing time with family or friends. However, at the age of 30, I was scolded like a child because there was no ashtray in the smoking room and we put ashes on the table while two young people were smoking a joint 2 meters away. us and took no comments. They have their ashtrays stolen by little thugs and it is the honest people who collect them. This issue is aimed at one person, who I hope no longer works at this location now.

The service we experienced was highly unsatisfactory. The individual at the counter raised his voice unnecessarily while interacting with my colleague, creating a tense atmosphere.Overall, the experience was quite disappointing due to the staff's discourteous behavior.
