I experienced extremely careless service during my visit. After waiting a long time for my bill, a worker finally asked me for my order, but refused to give me the bill otherwise. It was 11:00 PM, and I was the only customer there. I have been a patron of this place for about four years, and I'm disappointed to encounter such unprofessional staff. I plan to report this issue about their refusal to provide the bill.

A Staff asked me a please after she provided a Extremely negligent service. otherwise she refused to give me the invoice. it's 23:00 and i am the only customer. I have been filling the petrol here about 4 years its really frustrated to seen kind of ridiculous staff. and i am considering to report the ATO about refusing giving invoice!

The morning staff is really good especially the lady who makes coffee in the morning. She serves her customers with full happiness and enjoys her work. She not only spreads love but her way of greeting and talking makes one’s day beautiful. Best morning staff.

Don't let the nighttime ambiance deter you! However, be aware that the staff can be quite rude, and it’s surprising that this might be the only establishment in Melbourne without a restroom available. Reserva una mesa ahora

Filled up petrol here around 4PM yesterday and the attendant was extremely rude. I also wasn't able to pay via the BP app here and the pump I was trying to use wouldnt unlock for ages.
