I filled up petrol yesterday evening from BP 105 Mt Alexandra Road, Flemington. I wasn’t completely satisfied during my visit! Amongst all the fuel pumps, I was looking out for 95 octane, but there was none available! I couldn’t believe it! When it was time to pay, the service over the counter was good during payment, then I ask her If there was any toilet facilities, she said it’s out of order. By that stage I wasn’t impressed! How can a well known service station isn’t up to its standards for customers need! Even entering the shop entrance wasn’t appealing seeing open door storage rooms as I was looking out for public toilets. The presentation was poor up against other BP service stations!...
I usually stop to fill the fuel in my car only at BP because it gives access to use toilets but this one always closed with the toilets whenever we ask it says it’s out of order which is something useless if you are not letting your customers to use the toilets very ridiculous.! Must think about it and keep it open.! Not happy with the store at all. If you want to keep it closed then don’t say that restrooms are every fuel station then. Thank you
Their restrooms are closed every time. I think you guys want to keep it only for staff so why don’t you clearly have a note saying that it’s only for staff rather than out of order from months. How can a restroom be out of order from months. Lol Don’t bluff the people who come to your fuel station for filling the fuel, shopping and for refreshment. If you are concern about cleanliness, Have guts and say proudly that it’s only for staff.
