Horrible Manager. The Manager Jacqui is a Bully and constantly Bullies and shouts at staff members in front of other Customers, and other staff. Now i see why so many past Staff have left. I feel very sorry for the staff that have to deal with her on a daily. Dealing with her as a customer and hearing her is bad enough.
I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service here. Nathan, it would be helpful for you to learn how to properly use the BP rewards. Please be more mindful of your language in the future. I found the attitude to be quite disrespectful. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this establishment.
This BP is my local area BP. It's always nice and clean staff are always friendly. Had the added bonus of having some of the best fuel prices in our area. Nice range of coffee and other food such as sandwiches or your normal snack food. Located on a main road with access also from the side to.
