Overall very convenient but I'm confused as to why there is no way to put in a suggestion with the stock of your cold beverage's. You already stock the brand I like but you only have sugar free flavors other than the original full sugar beverage. I avoid stopping there often now and try to make it to the huntingdale rd exit so I can use the 7/11 near the exit. They stock all the full sugar red bull flavors. Bp doesn't even stock 1. When asking one of the staff behind the counter as to where I could make a suggestion he said what they buy is set no matter what the paying customers like. I get you guys can monitor existing stock by sales and profit but there is probably more you could bring to...
The sole combination disabled toilet/baby change room had urine all over the floor, and was filled with the stench of despair (or perhaps it was the aforementioned urine). It also contained a broken fold-down baby change table that over-rotated to about a 20° downwards angle to create a fun slide for your infant. Slightly better than changing nappies in the carpark. Good food options.
The servicepeople when paying for fuel were exceptional. Long vehicle parking bays (3 only) need signage eg like Bunnings. May I suggest a picture of a car/4WD inside a circle with a diagonal line through it. Not many caravanners use fuel bowsers that are designated for trucks, they leave them for the truckers.
