the order has arrived. I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop.
Visited here for an ice cream cone for my son. He was spoilt for choice as they have so many different flavours of ice cream to choose from. He ended up getting the Belgium Chocolate ice cream with a teddy bear cone and was happily surprised to find that it was only £1. Very clean and welcoming place and would come back if in the area, especially to try a cheesecake as they looked lovely and get some more ice cream.
Ordered for my family as used to be good must be under new management staff are very rude 3 missing items on arrival then blamed us all ice cream scoops were ping pong ball size utter disgrace of a place then sorted 2 items with a lot of attitude totally unprofessional and certainly wouldn’t recommend as someone had to do without dessert which was paid for nothing short than criminal avoid like ebola!
I ordered a crepe for my daughter with strawberries, cream, and flake. However, when the crepe arrived, it was plain with no toppings. The restaurant claimed they had no driver available to bring a new one and instructed me to seek a refund online. Unfortunately, the website does not allow refunds. great service, efficient and nice selection of ice creams. i usually get the tango ice blasts. always feel very welcomed when im in there.
Ordered on a Wednesday night waited almost 1 and half hours . Crepes came with no ice cream six scoops) not good service . Wont use again
Bubble waffle was okay, got bottle of juice too and one was out of date and flat bit expensive for it being out of date
