Went here for lunch with a friend and daughter we were the only customers and I truly can't understand why. The restaurant is hidden in the little mall of Haddonfield and really nicely decorated. Our waitress was very helpful since we had not been here before and she answered our questions and never rushed us at all! Our food was great one guest had the manhattan clam chowder, she said it was the best she has ever had. My husband and I recently dined at Braise. It was a last minute decision and we had no idea what to expect. Our food was delicious, fresh, innovative and fun. We tried some new dishes such as the wild boar Osso bucco, and a lip smacking dessert called Elvis Presly cake. it was a poundcake base with peanut butter and crispy bacon. A little scoop of ice cream topped it off. So yummy. The beet salad was really good as well. Criticism would be that many things were served with an egg of some type.
