Our experience at Bramble was mediocre at best. The place seems to really be struggling if it 's short staffed and having to increase prices.My husband I went in mid October '22 for Sunday brunch. He had the breakfast tacos with a side of biscuits and gravy. I had the breakfast poutine.We both agreed the gravy was really watery and bland, which worked in the poutine but not on his biscuits and gravy. I was in Tulsa for the weekend looking for a nice brunch.Bramble is now my place.First the location is pretty nice over the redeveloped Riverfront.I had a **** mary(ok it was 2.)I had the Khachapuri with sausage(best I've had since Supra in DC.)Side of biscuits and gravy.Order of bacon(wow!smoked and deep fried,if you know you know.)And a plate-sized cinnamon roll(it had a mound of icing,pretty good.)Sit at the bar,you'll thank me later.
Bramble is an excellent breakfast restaurant. By far the best breakfast I have had outside of my own kitchen. The service is far above most places in the Tulsa area. I ordered the Breakfast Poutine, which is an eggcelent hangover cure and very savory load of carbs. Most definitely a top tier breakfast restaurant. Only critique is their bacon is odd and rubbery. 9/10 do recommend.
Really nice ambiance with river views. Lots of windows and sunlight. Quick friendly service and tasty fresh food! The chilaquiles are the best!!!! These taste so authentic and flavorful!!!! The pork Cuban was also tasty with the au jus to make it even juicier. Large parking lot and plenty of parking. Decor was unique and made from the oddest things. We will be back

Wasn't great wasn't terrible. Seems like an off day. Food was super greasy and the sausage was over cooked. Husband got chicken and waffles and the chicken was bleak and over cooked. Service was good. We will give them another try and hopefully it was just an off day.
We were in town for a softball tourney and were looking for a unique breakfast place. I'd say we found it with Bramble. We really enjoyed their breakfast and even brought our friends back on the next trip.
Large breakfast/breakfast menu with plenty of variety. Bar with good **** Mary. Concrete floor can sometimes make it loud. Outdoor seats in spring and autumn beautiful. Service usually prompt.
Best Brunch I ever had! I absolutely loved the Khachapuri and my wife had the breakfast Burrito, which was also delicious. 10 of 10 would recommend

The cinnamon roll was amazing! I had the chicken and waffles, my girlfriend had the breakfast Burrito! Everything was excellent!
We always get a little bit of everything here.... Really can't go wrong. I've never had a bad experience and always come back
