Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse

We reserved a table for 4 people for 6:30 PM to celebrate my son's birthday. We were all dressed very nice and when we arrived, there was plenty of space in the main dining room to seat us. Instead the hostess took us ALL the way to the back room where there was only one other table seated and put us there. We were very far away from the salad bar and all of the waiters carrying around the various skewers of meat, shrimp and pineapple. I felt so bad for my son because it did not feel like they cared that we had reserved a table for his birthday. We kept having to ask for different types of meat to be brought around to our table. We never saw the ribs as they never came to the back room and we only saw them bring the shrimp out twice. This was our 4th or 5th time to Brasao and this time definitely did not feel like a birthday celebration! I am very disappointed for the amount of money that we spent for our family to be cast off to the back room

The men who brought out the food and plates and drinks were so efficient and hard-working. They quickly accommodated our requests for certain meats. The food was delicious! The main server, however, was brusque and seemed annoyed with us. We had to go out of our way to find him for dessert and check. The thing that seems a little shady is that they continually refill drinks but do not tell people that they charge each time. You don’t find out until the bill comes.

Everything was great just took a long time to receive the ticket. Almost a 15 minutes wait
