I recommend their rice, specifically the shrimp rice, which is the one I've tried. To begin with, they use a very special kind of rice that is grown in the lagoon and it is not common due to the way it is cultivated. They explain it when you approach the paella, and rarely 100% the best rice I've ever tried is given in hotels. The customer service by all the employees in general is fantastic. An unexpected place and I will certainly return at the level of cuisine, whatever you order you will leave super satisfied. Very accessible and reasonable price quality without a doubt.
Un restaurante de primera clase en Canals, con un arroz espectacular y un servicio atento. Su cocinero nos sirvió el arroz con una explicación detallada y apasionada. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las tapas, incluyendo sus legendarias bravas, estaban muy buenas. Y los postres caseros. Saben hacer las cosas bien y saben cuidar a sus clientes, todo a un precio ajustado. Será un placer volver.
