You know when to do with an untrained waiting staff when they delete blank tables, although you wait 15 minutes. We ordered some beers to start as we were suspicious. We ordered it. 15 minutes later, the waitress comes out to tell us they're from the beer we ordered. We re-ordered, another 10 minutes (after she came to chat and collect the bill of two other tables, as we watched our beer sitting on the tray and warm) we got our beer. Not rude, just unclear. It looked like a beautiful place. we will try again. It's so important to train your waitress... there's really a technique, no amateur lesson. Good luck.

This brasserie has a modern interior in an old building on the city square. It's a pretty recent renovation and I'm looking forward to seeing this building again on the city's social scene. My visits were only for drinks and light bites, but on this basis I was very happy.

Amazing food with amazing staff. Came right in front of her restaurant in this food car. Must try every year. Big game list to add the ambience.
