At short notice we took a recommendation for this restaurant at our hotel reception, and certainly weren't disappointed! Apparently it re-opened on 5th June 2015 under new management, and Michelin-star chef. Food and presentation was excellent and one of our best meals in a week's touring of Provence. Top marks for the food and Vincent our waiter who was particularly patient and obviously well trained in his job. Would definitely return. Sea bass and steak tartare especially notable.
