EDIT: Attended again recently. We still enjoyed our visit, and the food was very nice as always. The wait and kitchen staff were slammed, though. A very busy Friday evening, and it was clear they were struggling to keep up with a full house. There were long waits between courses, and after our initial drinks on arrival, it was very hard to get anyone's attention to order more, so we went without and declined dessert. Many tables surrounding us were in the same situation with long waits and lack of check-ins. My boyfriend took me here for a pre Valentine’s Day date the service was impeccable. The young lady who assisted us did a really good job. The food was worth the wait. Definitely somewhere we would love to return to. If you’re thinking of going stop thinking make a booking ! For reference, this is what we had : Starters : 1. Crab Sweet Corn Bon Bons 2. pan Fried King Scallops Mains : 1. Rump Steak Fries with Peppercorn Sauce. 2. PAN-FRIED STONE BASS with SAFFRON WHITE WINE SAUCE Dessert : Bramley Apple Blackberry Crumble
I really like this little spot, nice decor, good size, open kitchen. Toilets are situated upstairs but I think there is a lift for them also. Reasonably priced menu, I had the steak, which I asked for medium rare but it came medium, I decided to eat it anyway as it did look good and tastes good too. My mother had the burger and she very much enjoyed it. Great service. We ate at 1230 on a Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet inside. Completely forgot to take photos of the food
Meal was lovely. Service excellent. A meal for four wasn't the cheapest, but you do pay for what you get. French style good, offering a selection for all tastes, including vegan. The food quality was high, as was the service. The wine and drinks selection was also good. Remember, you cannot drive to the door, so may not be ideal for some, as there is a short walk from the car park. As it's MK the parking is free after a certain time in the evening.

Visited several times and always had good food at a reasonable price. The rump steak was tender and tasty. Asked for medium rare and that’s what we got. The pork belly was just right and the duck leg was full of flavour and the veg was cooked just right. Nice meal. Good service. Recommended.
