we were hungry and it was the wrong time to eat in france (we will get it right on a day typical French bar, eat all day available. lady behind the bar has brought us into the salon, has ordered drinks. service was fast, we ordered from the...Set menu €14. starter arrived and were ok. main course came, a piece dark grilled meat with crumble along with mixed watery obviously frozen lukewarm veg. the kartoffels looked promising, but no, they were out of the freezer and also warm and tasteless. pudding time my sister favorites ile flante (there was only one left, so I had chocolate mousse) yes they have guessed it frozen! still ice crystals in what we think was meringue. ok good points, nice bar, a bit fayed but pleasant enough. the facilities were clean and modern. bier was good and lovely Dalmatian dog they arrived as they were. would go back and drink, but avoid eating unless they have no taste buds!
Unpleasant reception with reflection: everyone comes at the same time. It's 1:00, wasn't the time the guests normally arrive at the restaurant? the boss spends his time giving orders to the young waiter (before the client) who in the passage is of an out-of-class patience. it is submerged by the few tables that there is and allows undue reflections to customers. very bad experience shared with customers of other tables around.
