Brasserie Du Lac - Reservar una mesa

We were very pleased with the quality, price and service and a beautiful view of the lake, from inside and outside. The presentation of the dishes shows a true attention to detail, freshness and taste. We had three of their many selections: frog legs, friture, and wok cooked gambas, and all were excellent. Quite reasonable prices for such an active tourist area and for the exceptional view. We were there on a weekday, during the summer vacation period, and had no problem getting a nice table.

We had lunch here on a nice sunny day in our summer vacation, and I must say this is the worst lunch we had during our stay in France. The mussels we ate were old and dry, over cooked and not very appetizing. We got the wrong food for our kids and had to wait for ever for the food. The service did not live up to any expectation. Avoid this place!!

We stopped for lunch, had a great table by the window. The food was a 3. But when the staff failed to address the mother and grandmother of a child who was singing at the top of her lungs, dancing and shrieking for over 20 minutes we considered simply leaving.

Ignored when we arrived (setting tables seemed to be more important), told they weren't serving food, said we'd just have a drink, sat down on the terrace, ignored for 15 minutes, we left. Don't bother!
