Brasserie du Lac

I like Weesen for its location near the lake, I was there with my wife last Saturday, and it was a very nice and hot evening! After trying some other more chic restaurants (all either full or way too expensive), we ended up in this...one. We stayed outside, and had very good food. My cordon bleu was really huge, but very good! A bit salty unfortunately, but not too much! And considering the nice location I found the price to be reasonable. I would recommend it.

I just arrived in hotel from the airport that evening. Pritty hungry, wanted something to eat. Know this place from some time before, its Swiss way restorant, but I see no food quality fluctuation than seems standard. Price level -Swiss, too : Beautiful sitting outside...and look on lake, just bit cars passing near Your table can kill romantic moments.

Great location on the lakefront and a menu which is big enough to allow choice for everyone. Traditional Swiss and more modern, all well prepared and delicious! I had the veal in a morrel mushroom sauce with a roesti.... fab!

Came here out of recommendation and I'd recommend it again. Food was fantastic as was the atmosphere. Also has french Germany and English descriptions on the menu which is helpful

good food (regional, french and suomi) nice terrace (just next to the beautiful lake walensee) friendly service
