So far I had never dared to have lunch at this address. I went in front of an incalculable number of times but with the false idea that this establishment was inaccessible to me. too prestigious...Today it is a wonderful time and after having made a tour of the restaurants available, and given the offer of the menu quite cheap, we put our devotee on this sign. The frame is elegant, promising. we ask for a table on the terrace, we are installed with a lot of deference. we take the menu of the day, millefeuille tomatoes/mozzarella and then bar à la.planche and small crunchy vegetables. discreet, effective and attentive service.Nearlessly thank you for this delicious moment

In a word: delicious! Brasserie located ideally opposite the magnificent castle of St Germain, full center. Nice welcome, friendly and professional staff. Balanced map with high-end brewery cuisine. Fresh, well-worked, cooked and valued meat or fish. A generous veal dish cooked just to the point, slightly pink, accompanied by a comforting purée, tataki of tuna just beautiful served on a bed of crunchy and hot vegetables. And Norwegian omelet light and unsweet, superb. All this accompanied by a chardonnais mineral and despite all subtle fruity, served in its ice bucket. Extremely correct rates with respect to generous plates served. Bravo!

the brewery as we love it. we love the welcome even if we had to wait up 5 minutes before being placed. The service is impeccable. I really liked the freshness of the dishes and the dessert: the warmed leeks in the entrance the pavlova with dessert fruit: really recommended. correct addition for 4 : barely 50 eur per person wine included. a safe value

we had lunch today and we were satisfied with the service and eating! the only thought we didn't like ourselves was the French pommes! They were burned out and not cooked inside. obviously these frozen packed pommes are of poor quality. they need to change their suppliers or better serve by freshly cut french french french fries

Fantastic seafood and very professional and efficient service. Great view of château et theatre Alexandre Dumas. An institution in town been around for decades. Menu was great everything looked good. Very classic French with a flair of la Bretagne. Highly recommend!

good location, beautiful view of the castle. I took some chips that were not extraordinary. There are probably better choices on the map of this restaurant. It was very hot in the room the night we went.
