Birthday evening at the Val 30 guest brewery, a flawless organisation, we were bluffed and pleasantly surprised.Bluffed by the decoration and presentation of the room (see the pictures). So we prepared the event two weeks before and left the care to the boss and the boss to manage at best. At best and that's not fair, because everything was led to the top of excellence. On the diner we were entitled to cod donuts, mini blue cords, charcuterie plates, pork, grilled chicken, merguez, all with fries.Excellent. A feast.Wast weather and really no desire to go out.But...Borning evening, during a visit to the brewery of the val, asked what would be the dish of the day of the next day. We love or we don't like.We love, so, head to the val brewery for lunch. Great reception, and a really memorable dish, absolutely delicious. We do not regret to have come out with this time of rain on purpose to taste the tripes. located in a quiet area of meudon, 13 rue du val, on the square, this Franco-Portuguese restaurant is excellent. neat family kitchen. impeccable reception and really nice atmosphere. Big advantage, the hotel is open on Sunday. ideal for organizing a birthday, a celebration, a baptism or any other event. For those who know the portugal, the val brewery is really close to the atmosphere that we can find there. highly recommended.
