I was willing to give a bad grade just because a waitress had provided very poor service. I can write a whole page here about how bad a waitress she was, but I'll keep this post shorter. Luckily Mr. Serdar (another waiter) noticed that I wasn't happy. He asked if he could help. I just explained one of the problems to him. He quickly found a solution. He also talked about the amazing building and decoration of the restaurant and immediately put you in a good mood (the opposite of the other waitress). Thanks to him and also delicious soup and salad, I now give this restaurant 5 stars.
We had reserved, but the waitress didn't know anything about it. But there was enough space Sunday March 24, 24, 11:45 a.m. . Unpleasant smell of stale food. Perch fillets in beer batter with potatoes and tartar sauce were good. The fact that the beautiful Swiss selection of dishes is only available from 3 p.m. ? irritated us, especially since there was no notice or information to be found on the internet. Waiting room atmosphere, toilet access only with code no information in the restaurant , overall not recommended.
Stopped here for lunch before catching a train. The cheeseburger and frites were outstanding. On the other end of the spectrum, I shared a large pretzel that was awful. It was cold and tasted like it had just been defrosted. I had a very good schwarzbier that they had on tap. I should have requested a bottle list as they appeared to have a large selection. Kind of odd that they don’t offer you one. Overall I thought the place was good, particularly for a train station restaurant.
I have given this restaurant 3 opportunities due to its convenient location. All 3 have been a disappointment due to the quality of the service. Today, four other tables got served with drinks food after my arrival. The server got angry when I followed...up on my cappuccino after 35 minutes. It’s been 45 minutes now and no cappuccino in sight! I will not be returning and cannot recommend it.

We went to the Easter Brunch with the voucher bought on DeinDeal. Great atmosphere and service, beautiful setting, very good food. The only flaw was the orange juice which wasn't very good, and the water shouldn't be that of the sink. Otherwise very good and congratulations!
Passable cuisine, unpleasant service, we were seated on the table, not set up, the waiter placed the sets and cutlery on the table, it was up to us to finish the set up, the place was a little noisy but beautiful.
A large busy restaurant in the station. Has a good range of starters and mains. Generous portions of well cooked food. Has a well stocked bar. The staff are friendly and the service quick
super service ... good food and great beer selection ... in the middle of the hall hbf zürich ... optimal for trips over the hbf if you like Swiss cuisine and beer

I like this place, but the service is very bad, and the dinner, only potato's is good.
I like it because there are simple menus such as: Rösti with bratwurst.
